Refundable Items:

  • Non-perishable food items can be returned or refunded within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or consumed food items cannot be returned or refunded without valid reason.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo indicating the issue along with a photo of the batch details of the product and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that are delayed in shipping due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather or delivery carrier issues.
